Welcome to Kutentha (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, www.kutentha.com (“Site”), purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchases.

1. General Terms

  • These Terms govern your use of the Kutentha online store, including browsing, ordering, shipping, cancellations, and returns.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
  • We reserve the right to update, change, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Pricing

  • We strive to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.
  • Prices displayed on the Site include tax but exclude shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
  • Kutentha reserves the right to modify prices and promotions without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
  • Payment methods include Mobile Money (Airtel, MTN, Zamtel), Debit/Credit Cards, and Bank Transfers where applicable.
  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an Order Confirmation Email.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Kutentha delivers across Zambia only.
  • Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout but may vary depending on your location and product availability.
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Kutentha is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellations

  • You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our Customer Support team at support@kutentha.com or via WhatsApp.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
  • Kutentha reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.
  • Non-returnable items include personalized goods, hygiene products, perishables, and digital products.

7. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free exchange or offer store credit if a replacement isn’t available.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Kutentha shall not be liable for delays in delivery caused by third-party logistics providers.
  • Kutentha is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or missed opportunities.
  • Kutentha is not responsible for misuse or incorrect handling of products after delivery.

10. Governing Law
