- Payment methods include Mobile Money (Airtel, MTN, Zamtel), Debit/Credit Cards, and Bank Transfers where applicable.
- Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an Order Confirmation Email.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Kutentha delivers across Zambia only.
- Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout but may vary depending on your location and product availability.
- Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, size, and destination.
- Kutentha is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Cancellations
- You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our Customer Support team at support@kutentha.com or via WhatsApp.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
- Kutentha reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.
- Non-returnable items include personalized goods, hygiene products, perishables, and digital products.
7. Exchange Policy
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free exchange or offer store credit if a replacement isn’t available.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Kutentha shall not be liable for delays in delivery caused by third-party logistics providers.
- Kutentha is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or missed opportunities.
- Kutentha is not responsible for misuse or incorrect handling of products after delivery.
